Plan
Our planning process is built around you. You’ll collaborate with our design team to meticulously plan every detail without breaking your budget.
The planning phase happens like this:
Initial consultation between you and a lead designer.
Delivery of detailed plan and budget document
Follow up meeting with you to answer questions and get your stamp of approval
Design
We don’t build until you approve our design to the very last detail. And thanks to our patented three-step process, we’re confident you’ll love our designs. The design phases happens like this:
Creation of initial design that captures the essence of your project
Formal review of initial design by company’s lead designer
Final design delivered to you for approval with "Permit Ready Building Plans.".
Build
It’s a thrill when you see your vision implemented right in front of you. Our builders are licensed, & insured. Each one must pass our rigorous internal certification to join the team.
The build phase happens like this:
Site Visit walkthrough with your General Contractor and Custom Designer
Build your project down to the last detail
Post-construction walkthrough with your Designer & General Contractor to ensure we’ve nailed it
